Stukket om den 16. november.
Smagen er forholdsvis bitter, og umoden. Men dette er forventet efter en uges gæring. Gravity målt til 11 Brix med Refraktometer og korrigeret i beersmith til 1027. Den skulle helst lidt længere ned, men den manglende aktivitet i gærlåsen taler ikke ligefrem for dette. Tror jeg vil give den nogle ugers modning i 2. fermenteringen.
